We began as a North Miami custom embroidery shop in the 1990’s. Over time we began to offer more services such as, screen printing, and laser engraving. It came to our attention that there was a big market for people that wanted just one or two items personalized. Additionally, we found many people wanted only a dozen or two items personalized. Consequently, we began to ask what they were doing with these small number of personalized items. That’s when we learned that people were giving personalized gifts at weddings, office picnics, parties and other events.
We asked some of our loyal customers if they’d like to allow their guests to decide how they wanted their gifts personalized. Next thing you know, we began getting invited to parties.
